The Potomac 400 Block Club has been in existence for over 11 years. We came together to address mutual concerns regarding quality of life issues for our residents and to make our block a more friendly place to live.

Our regular projects include a block clean-up in the Spring and in the Fall and a Block Sale every Summer, where you have an opportunity to make some money and get rid of your unwanted stuff at the same time. We also sell hot dogs and other refreshments during the sale, and proceeds go to our treasury. It's a fun time to pick up a few things and get to know people from all over the city, too.

We annually participate in the National Night Out event in August, with a meet and greet your neighbors pot luck party out doors. We also provide the opportunity to meet with our elected government officials at our meetings.

We welcome both home owners and tenants to become members of the Block Club. And we look forward to meeting the newer residents of our block. Your ideas as to how we can help to improve our quality of life are most welcomed!
